Returns Policy
We always require a signed agreement and deposit before beginning new projects. We do not issue refunds after the designs have been approved by a client. The client is responsible for understanding this prior to purchasing any service from Medma Infomatix. We only make exceptions to this rule when the design obviously fails to meet the stated requirements of the client, in which case we usually refund a portion of the initial deposit based on the time we have invested in the project, and by mutual agreement. We do not under any circumstances issue refunds for our coding/programing services. This is non-refundable since it is not returnable.
Terms & Conditions
All fees are due and payable per the milestones contained in our signed agreement. Usually 50% of total price are due prior to beginning a project and/or contract. Medma Infomatix reserves the right to invoice a client at any time if, due to no fault of Medma Infomatix,
a. the project extends beyond projected completion date, or
b. the number of billable hours/modules on the project exceeds the estimated project work due to additional client requests outside of the scope of the original agreement.
All invoices are due and payable upon receipt and must be paid upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in the contract. A penalty for late payment will be charged @ 2% of the unpaid balance per month overdue.
