Isuzu UTE, owned by Isuzu Motors which is world's largest manufacturer of trucks and diesel engines, has a network of over 80 authorised dealerships across Australia.
The major challenge was to build a system fully compatible with their existing solution and to migrate their existing record to new database, after upgrade. Also, they wanted to keep on adding/upgrading features so a truly scalable solution was to be developed.
The client wanted to streamline their HR operations by leveraging web based solution with self service user interface for reducing workload of HR officials. They wanted to add many new features in their existing HR solution apart from modifying Performance review module to match their new requirements.
We developed a user-friendly web based self service HR system accessible any time from any location. All the data is stored in a web based database so that reports & analysis can be done instantly without requiring any coordination with the team.
Also we developed a self service leave management system which is helping managers and workers both by defining types of leave, alerts on leave entitlement, displaying balance and saving leave history etc. The Performance appraisals are easier now and are managed entirely in this web based HRM software.
